How to order a Commission

TOS - Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.I can decline your commission if:
- I am not comfortable with drawing your character.
- You do not provide neat references.
- Your behaviour is not correct.
- You do not follow the rules in general.Payment
- I accept only € EUR.
- Payment via Paypal.
- I will not start your commission/s until I receive the full payment.
(Split payment available for commercial commissions or regular commissions with a high total price)Refunds
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received. If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. Also you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.Copyright/User PolicyAs the artist, I am allowed to use the artwork to:
- Promote myself with it in any place or site.
- Display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.
- Publish books/artbooks with it.As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal use. (The commercial use comes with the extra fee)
- Print the art, and claim the right of your character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to me.As the commissioner, you are Not allowed to:
- Reproduce/use the artwork commercially, meaning making money of it in any way. (Doesn't apply with the commercial use)
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Heavily altering the artwork without my knowledge of it or my consent.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.-Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission-
